"Staff was super nice and helpful. Took a star off because my original room on the first floor had roaches and I had to repack all my stuff quickly. I was directed to customer service that took forever (and they weren’t on the property) but the second they told the front desk person she came quickly and moved me to a second floor room while I was still on hold with the property management giving me a hard time. Everyone physically on-site was amazing. Drinks/pool was nice too. "

"The views from the 17th floor were amazing but the room itself was not great. Very worn and dirty and small. The pool and lobby areas were great and the staff was very nice. "

"I didn't know from listing that parking will cost extra. And for $40? Vale in Laguna Beach is only $30. It's actually $44 here because they charge $4 for convenience fee while that's the only way to pay anyway since there's nobody on site. When I get there, gate is closed a I have no codes sent to me yet. I had to pay for meter street parking while figuring out how to self check in and get the codes. I called multiple times went straight to voicemail, no call back. After I purchased the parking it still didn't process right away, it took like 15 minutes. This whole staycation was frustrated. Not recommending. "
