"Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL. "

"The stay was great. Everyone was helpful. As an adult the chlorine felt like a lot so we didn’t stay in the pool for long. My son enjoyed it but his skin isn’t as sensitive. Parking is tough if it’s a busy weekend. When I got back at 10, there were no spots. I think a lot of the problem is the sizes of the spaces compared to the suvs most people drive these days. I had to park along the roadway out of the hotel which I didn’t love. I didn’t feel like my car was in danger but the longer walk back to the hotel in the dark wasn’t awesome."

"This hotel had the most important aspects…clean rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, good water pressure. However, the halls smelled like smoke from the smoking rooms and the lobby looked like it was furnished from a garage sale. The breakfast was VERY basic and appeared to be populated from the localgrocery sale. If you just need the basics this hotel is fine."
