Our room was over a maintenance garage that began getting very active and noisy around 7am on a Friday. Room was clean, new, fresh. Parking was weird. Nowhere in the vicinity to “officially” park for the night but they provide a parking pass. All the spaces within 100 yards say 1 hour only. Typical Colorado mountain town in that aspect.

The uniqueness of this property is that it is located in the heart of Edwards. It sits along the river and feels like you are in a large home and not a hotel. A bonus is that it is also pet friendly and right on a walking trail along the river.

This hotel is a great alternative to the crazily priced hotels in Avon and Beaver Creek. A real find in the Vail valley! Close to nice restaurants, skiing and shopping. A must hotel for us in that part of Colorado!
