"Rooms are nice"

"The front staff was amazing.the room, was not up to expectations. Had to call about stopped up tub and it was dirty . Tub needs replacing or redoing. Another person had to call to have her tub cleaned. Was given two complimentary breakfast vouchers for our experience. Chose to leave for other reasons. Only stayed one night. Booked through third party . Surprise fees were parking and a $200 hold on my card for incidentals. , fees fur WiFi. Am accustomed to Hampton who provides a mini fridge and continental breakfast. Location was the selling point but it worth it when you have to pay for anything that is usually provided even at the small motels . Not impressed with hotel. Front staff was the greatest "

"It was perfect for our trip"

"The hotel is going through some upgrades, but I don't believe they have completed the work. The rooms have been upgraded, however I am not terribly impressed. Good size rooms, but too stark and sterile. Scale of furniture is off for size of room. They could also use some area rugs to warm up the otherwise sterile feeling. Looks like it was designed on a dime. Staff was polite and helpful. I had prepaid my room but they charged me twice and held $700 on my debit card for over 5 days which is not cool. Area was convenient for my reasons to be there, but there is nothing going on at night. It's a little depressing."

"Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!"

"The size of the house was great, the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and the house has a wonderful front porch. The king size bed was very comfortable! The accuracy of the listing? The listing stated there was a dishwasher, shampoo and hair dryer, soap, kitchen ware and it slept 6. Nothing on the listing was there. If there had been six people traveling with me they would have had to sleep on the two couches. No additional linens or blankets, 3 forks, 3 knives and one spoon. If you plan to stay here, plan on packing everything you need including cookware! Very disappointing stay!"

"Property was clean, well decorated with very comfortable beds. Neighborhood is great for dog walking and easy parking along the road. Check in and check out were as described. The communication with the property management after arrival was a challenge. There was an issue with the TV and messages were left without a response. (We later learned two of the messages were sent to an incorrect phone system still listed on VRBO.) Initially the property manager did not take the issue seriously but the General Manager later engaged to resolve the issue. She personally visited and validated there was an issue and the TV would need to be replaced. She also committed to refund a portion of the reservation and would communicate that to me by Monday but as of today (Wednesday), no additional communication has been received. I value the quality of both the accommodation and the service I receive when I travel and although the property met expectations, the communication with management was lacking. I wish the next renter a much better experience. "
