"Fabulous stay, great area to stay, lovely clean, comfy hotel. Breakfast was delicious you could get everything you can think off. Staff were very helpful and the concierge on the door was lovely and so helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"My second stay at the Riu Plaza which was a very enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and pleasantly impressed had an upgrade .the breakfast included in the price waswas the best ever. My room was spacious and perfect, with all amenities. I thoroughly recommend this luxurious hotel. David. R. Oxford."

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge was everything we were hoping for. It was centrally located so was an easy walk to everything. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very quiet despite being in very busy area."

"Not my fav: I did not enjoy the lack of a welcome desk. The sink in my room was clogged. The lamp was covered in dust. I choose a windowless room for a lower price, but there was no chair, no shelf, nowhere to put luggage. It felt highly minimalist for 250.00 a night. The breakfast was amazing however and the restaurant breathtaking!"
