"Pleasurable experience and stay The hotel had an updated rustic appearance inside and out. A Nordic touch that was well presented made it personable and functional. Rooms were clean, service was well in line with expectations, and noise level was as quiet as could be. Although the first steps out of the vehicle presented us with a slight bit of a dairy farm smell, the oder did not affect the core of the hotel. Yes there are cows several yards away. The town is walking distance from the hotel and has a grocery store, hardware store, and restaurants. We made the mistake of visiting the town to eat when we should have ate at the restaurant at the hotel."

"Nice place but they do warn you the hot water smells of sulfur and takes a while to come out. In our room the toilet paper holder didn’t hold the roll very well, and the view outside was not very interesting. The staff and the restaurant were great through - love the baby back ribs, pizza and nachos are too plain."

"The property appeared newly renovated and was very clean. The staff were very friendly and we had a nice dinner (fish soup was excellent) and really enjoyed playing cards in the dining hall when we finished our meal. The dining hall had a wonderful playlist and some beautiful artwork of the mountain range to the east, which really created a relaxing atmosphere after a day of traveling. We would stay here again."
