"Everyone here is nice, breakfast is good and rooms are good. I took away a star for how gross the pool is. They scoop it but that doesn’t fix the film that was on top of it and how milky foggy it is. Even my 9 and 11 year olds were like no thanks. I couldn’t believe people swam in it. Also you have to pay $5 to use the ping pong and foosball tables. I can see checking the accessories out and if you don’t return it you get charged but to charge every time anyone wants to use it I just thought was not a good look for the hotel. Overall our stay has been ok but if we come back to Colorado we will be staying somewhere else due to the disappointment in amenities."

"Probably the worst, most negative check in. Really wasn’t the way I expected our entrance to the hotel . Our tv didn’t work, and the fitness room didn’t have any towels or drinking cups. No way to wipe anything down. On a positive note, most of the staff was helpful and nice. Just one front desk person who was extremely negative, and very cranky. The breakfast was good. "

"Nice staff from the front desk to the restaurant, and even the maintenance team were very helpful. They have a good breakfast, and you also have the option to choose a hot breakfast made for you. The area is nice, with good shopping and restaurants nearby. I will choose this hotel again every time I visit Colorado Springs. Mahalo from your guest in Hawaii! 😊"
