"Great stay at Novotel we did have to change rooms as there was a smell in our first room but now realise we may have been given a room on the only smoking floor i am not too sure. Building going on next door so the pool time wasn't very relaxing but was ok. great location right by metro and shops and restaurants close by . Lovely park over the road that we walked around and also took a walk to Athletica Madrid stadium which only took a leisurely 50 mins :-) over all would stay again good breakfast"

"We loved the pool. The lifeguard was so kind and was really just living his best life there making sure everyone was comfortable at the pool. They had really nice outdoor patio space and the restaurant breakfast was out of this world. There was so much food in their buffet it was impossible to try everything. The staff were a little slow at the restaurant, but the front desk staff and welcome corner made sure we had everything we needed. Gym was not good, but it was better than not having a gym at all. One thing that we noticed is at this hotel you need to be very comfortable with your hotel room partner because the bathroom is an echo chamber, but that’s how all hotel bathroom seem to be in Spain. The set up for the bathroom was odd because it was basically out of the open other than thin glass separation between the shower and the toilet and bidet. Otherwise we recommend!"

"Did not see where the air conditioning was. The staff was very friendly and helped me at 2am. It was easy to get to from the airport. I would only stay here to be close to the airport. One night was enough since it was an overnight layover and was convenient. It took about an hour via metro/bus to get to the city center and was around $2-$5 depending on transfers etc. it was a 10 minute walk to metro and it was lit at night. It felt relatively safe Would come back for an overnight layover. Wish there was hair conditioner as well but i guess its standard not to have it."

"Es muy rápido el ingreso si realizas el pre check in, pero si encuentras alguien en la fila que no lo ha realizado toca esperar hasta más de 10 minutos con una sola persona para que entregue la llave de la habitación asignada. Deberían mejorar un poco los artículos esenciales en el baño, como shampoo, gel de baño etc. Muy eficiente el transporte al aeropuerto."

"Really great hotel,easy access to the metro, rooms were a good size. Pool wasn’t heated but we still enjoyed it! Breakfast was much better than expected (ignore the bad reviews!) not sure what more you could want. Fresh bread, meats, cheese, hot options, salmon, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pastries and fresh juices. Staff were absolutely lovely especially the lady who checked us in late at night. Gave lots of local tips on places to see. Only downside was on a hot day there really wasn’t enough sun loungers to go around and the bath tub was a small size (but the shower was amazingly powerful!) big shout out to Ronnie the barman too who made some delicious cocktails and was super nice!"
