"Checking to in was very fast. Ms. Jade helped me at check-in. She was very welcoming, very professional and took just 10 min to complete my check-in. All staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming with great smile. The room was very quiet, clean and tidy at all time. I slept like a baby in my stay for 5 nights. The cleaning staff are very nice, kind, organized and you will not hear them when they are working and cleaning. Every day there will be fresh fruit/apple juice, delicious cookies, and coffee at the lobby, just serve yourself complementary. The hotel is surrounded with transit/bus stops, few steps from the place mall, convention center, and providence train station. There are many restaurants suit all tastes and there is vault market and grocery store few steps which serves hot international cuisine as well by weight. Providence is a marvelous city and people are very helpful and welcoming. "

"The good: the room was very comfortable and the common room/kitchen area was great. It's affordable compared to the other options in Providence. The inconvenient: the hostel is not staffed, so it wasn't possible to store my luggage before my 4 PM reservation. The app to access the property didn't work for me, but there was fortunately an employee on site trimming bushes who was able to let me in. I didn't leave the hostel again because I wasn't sure I would be able to get back in. The bathroom I used doesn't lock and the shower stall has frosted-glass style plastic, so there isn't much privacy. The bad: the neighborhood is not great. I didn't feel unsafe during the day, but if I were a solo female I might have been uncomfortable about arriving or going out after dark. Also, as other commenters have mentioned, there's a club directly underneath the hostel. A long-term guest I asked said it's only been open for a couple of days over the last several months, but a worker who was refurbishing the property was playing salsa music until 6 PM and it sounded like the speaker was located directly under the vent to my room. If the club was open the noise would have been intolerable."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Providence rental! The property was very clean and easy to find, and it was such a unique experience staying in a property that’s up to 150 years old. Despite its age, it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable.The location was great too—there’s a local deli just down the street that was perfect for grabbing breakfast and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet, with respectful neighbors, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Communication with the host was prompt and informative, making everything smooth from start to finish. Check-out was a breeze as well.Overall, we had a great time and really appreciated the hospitality. Thank you!"

"Group of fraternity brothers have been getting together for 25 years for a long Weekend This was the first in an urban setting / have always stayed in the suburbs. Location was great - walking distance to several local restaurants- all of which were fantastic. The place was clean, beds very comfortable. Big screen a big plus as we watched college and pro football games. Host was accessible and immediately answered any questions we had. "
