​​​​​​​Guests staying at Coosawattee River resort Properties are welcome to use the community amenities at no additional cost to guests. Gests understand and agree that all rules of the resort providing the amenities will be adhered to. Guest also understands that Mountain Oasis is not responsible for any closures of any amenity during their stay regardless of the reason. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/drip combo, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing & Damage Insurance, Resort Fees, 15% lodging tax will be added to all reservations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.

PLEASE NOTE: Last minute reservations (14 days prior to check in) will be required to check in at the Mountain Oasis office prior to 5pm, Mon-Fri unless previous arrangements are made in advance. Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed.
