"The hotel was good, however the training of staff and their understanding of what is expected to get a receipt when you pay at the hotel varied wildly causing frustration and a 20 minute delay in checkout. The hotel also took full payment for the 5 night stay 24 hours before checkin which is not correct (although 1 member of staff thought it was as he claimed it was in their small print). The location of the hotel is fantastic and felt very safe with all the Canary Wharf security patrolling 24 hours a day."

"We have stayed several times at The Clarendon Hotel. The staff are all very helpful. The bar is very comfortable space to relax and have a drink. Parking is sometimes an issue and not always easy to find a space. A few more Blue Badge holder spaces would really help. I would recommend this hotel."

"Such an amazing hotel! The room was clean and had a lovely view of the Thames, right opposite Canary Wharf. You could get a boat to the other side where there was better transport links as the pier was right beside the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and for around £20 extra for 2 people it was great. Would highly recommend!"

"I love this hotel, it has a direct walkway link to the O2 so it's perfect if attending an event there. The swimming pool is lovely and the staff are fab. Our room looked out over the water and it was a big room with a nice bathroom. Already booked for my next event at the O2."

"Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all a comfortable stay."
