"Nice hotel. Stayed in king suite. Great large size couch. Fridge was on the small size our leftovers couldnt fit it. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!"

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"

"We enjoyed our stay except that the bed and the bathroom door were VERY squeaky and desperate for some help. Everything else was modern and great. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. "

"Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30. The room was very stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful! "

"The room was comfortable but it was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist offered to clean it herself. If that is a hotel policy, I think it is very unhygienic. I also feel that it will be helpful to staff their front desk with more staff because there is always a delay with a lineup at the front."
