"The room was clean and equipped with minimum amenities (shampoo, soap, fridge, microwave and free WiFi.) The front staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee machine (pod) to make your own coffee in the little room where the front desk is located."

"Everything was good except when we arrived the person that greeted us was not friendly! We arrived approximately 1:30 and she distinctly said check in as 4:00 and we couldn’t get in until that or after!! She then said she would call us when the room was ready and never called back!!"

"This beautiful property was very clean, accommodating and well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and spices. There was plenty to do beside jump in the pool. Badminton, bocce ball and , ping pong. There was laundry facilities and towels for the beach. The host was super helpful with questions we had and responded quickly. I highly recommend this property."

"Great location right across the street from Hendry's Beach. We had a nice family vacation there. Nice hot tub in the back and large yard for the kids to play. The facilities were good with all the beach equipment you would need. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. The only negative is the tar on the beach which had to be wiped off your feet and sandals. Apparently this has been the problem on beaches down there for quite a long time. The other thing is that there is a curve right in front of the driveway and you have to very careful to cross, as cars go pretty fast and it is a blind spot right in front. Paradise was on top of everything we needed and very good to work with. The one thing you have to know is that you have to sign a big contract before you can rent and you will be liable for just about anything that could happen."

"This home has a simple yet visually striking layout and decor that’s pleasing to the-eye and evokes calmness; when combined with the yard, pool and general environment of Santa Barbara, serves as a welcoming retreat for relaxed families. The landscaping provides color and textures that counterbalance the home. The yard and home provide privacy and seclusion even though very close to many activities, areas and dining. I Would absolutely return to this home for another vacation."
