"We spent a few days here with our two kids and it worked perfectly. First row on the beach — no road to cross, the kids were in the water within minutes of arrival. Cala Santanyí is exactly what you want with a family: small, sheltered, calm water, pine trees framing the bay. The apartment is well-equipped. Two double bedrooms, a proper kitchen, and a balcony with a sea view that made breakfast feel like an occasion. Waking up to that sound of the water was hard to beat. Would come back without hesitation. Make sure the heating regulation works in all rooms to avoid heating during high temperatures outside"

Pool is a dream, stunning landscaping with beautiful cactuses and succulents. Great amenities, plenty of hot water, clean, extremely well maintained and just a few minutes from a. "We liked pretty much everything about Chalet Turo! We loved the outside space and so did the kids. The house is cosy but still has everything you need for a long stay. And the location is great of course! Communication with the team and the service was definitely 5 stars! The house needs a bit of fixing up here and there, but other than that, no real improvements."

"One of the worst places to ever make a booking. Completely inflexible, took our money and refused to refund us even a dollar even though we had a medical emergency and had given them significant advance notice. They have also made it a point not to respond to us or to Expedia because of our request for a refund when there was a real medical emergency and we couldn't travel. While we understand that the hotel has its own terms and conditions, this demonstrates a very clear basis to avoid places like this, and to book in places that are more flexible and customer-centric. We will never book in this place again and will likely tell all our friends not to either. Stay away!!!!"

"Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety. Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical. "
