"Room was excellent. But what really stood out to me was the staff. There was a nice lady at the front desk who helped us with directions and ideas. Very knowledgeable and kind. I wish I would have gotten her name. Also the morning we were leaving, we overslept. We had an 8:25 am flight and it was 7 am. OH NO right? "We were on the 2nd floor on 8th Ave and did not hear noise from the street (outside of our room was some sort of machinery- slight white noise which we all found soothing. One of our party forgot some toiletries and the hotel had a list of available items (very appreciate!) They also had complementary coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We did not use the restaurant or bar, we were there to see Broadway shows. Great location! Parking garage beside the hotel with 24 hour availability....
