"Room- the sink in our room was dirty, under the counter on the ledge had old tooth paste and make up on it. The toilet made a squeezing noise all night and at 1am it started running and wouldn’t shut off. My family was asleep so I couldn’t call maintenance. The thermostat didn’t work in the room and it was very hot. Luckily we had a balcony and could open the door. However, being downtown, there were a lot of sirens and loud noises. The only reason I booked this hotel is for the waterslides for the kiddos. It was closed the whole time we were there. It closes on Sundays at 1pm… Staff were nice. Great location. "

We received a welcome bottle of wine in our room and enjoyed some lovely dip with chips and vegetables from the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the decor with the curated artwork was really funky.
