"Me gustó todo, limpieza, empleados, desayuna excelente. Rico zumo de naranja. En fin , no tengo nada negativo que decir. De hecho, para mi estadía en España, los empleados de este hotel fueron las personas que mejor nos trataron. Les podía hacer la pregunta que fuera y su contestación era con mucha cordialidad, empatía y respecto. Definitivamente, volvería a este hotel. Cuiden, protejan y mimen a estos empleados, yo tuve negocio y empleados a cargo y no es fácil buscar gente como esta. No quiero mencionar nombres de empleados ya que fueron muchos con los interactuamos. En fin, gracias B&B."

"Overnight stay for connecting flight. Very good check in experience. Great to have the free shuttle bus . Room was enormous but we were given a free upgrade!! Approx 5 min walk to shopping centre with plenty of food options. Would definitely use this hotel again"

"I liked the professionalism that the staff demonstrated throughout my staying. They accommodated me to an early arrival from NY. I appreciated it. In addition, the location is fine. Easy to navigate from Barajas Airport to Vertice Roomspace: from Terminal 4, take train C-1 to estacion Chamartin, then C-3 train in direction to Aranjuez get off at Estacion San Cristobal Industrial (7 o 8 stops), and walk 5 minutes towards Vertice' Sign."

"I loved that the property was open 24/7. The establishment was clean and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful e an assortment of meats/ cheeses/ fruits and pastries and more! Having the coffee machines going 24/7 was great as well! Although it was in an industrial area- it felt sade. There was a gas station next door and a Burger King a block aeay. The only negative was that we could not figure out the air conditioner and spoke to someone at the front desk but he never came by. It was too hot for me to sleep comfortably but the bed was comfortable and after being awake over 30 hrs traveling- I still slept. Lol"

"We loved the fact that this hotel offers free shuttle service, it was timely and we used it twice during our 1 night stay. They even went the extra strep of rolling 2 vans during our stay to accommodate all of their guests needing to get to the airport. The downside was the air conditioning didn't work well and with Madrid being VERY hot this September it was harder to get a good sleep."
