"I really liked most everything about Latroupe Prado! The facilities were very clean, the staff very accommodating and helpful, and my room very comfortable. "The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!"
