"I really liked most everything about Latroupe Prado! The facilities were very clean, the staff very accommodating and helpful, and my room very comfortable. It would be nice to have paper towels next to en-suite sink to clean around sink area when finished. I will be returning to stay at Latroupe Prado within next 6 weeks!"

"The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that when I arrived at the airport and need their shuttle service, they didn’t answer the phone. I had to pay an uber to get there and when I arrived to the hotel at around 11pm, there was a very long line to check in. Anytime I went to the lobby, it was very full of people trying to check in and usually only 1 worker helping. On my way to the airport after checking out, there was a chartered bus giving us a ride, there was about 50 people riding it. So, the airport transport back, was great!"

"We did not use the parking garage. Staff was very attentive and resourceful. Very nice staff. Room was clean, we experienced a lot of little ants. Kitchen was clean and useful. Some of the pots and pan handles need attention. Me and my son really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for everything. God bless"
