"We did not stay at this property. On line listing had provided a photo of sea and ferry terminal indicating that property overlooked same . It did not. Main window looks out onto a busy road , with cars parked all along it. The main gate , under house , ground to roof height was difficult to open , 2 sides ,both locked at ground and roof. Even property owner had difficultly closing. We left and found great accommodation close by with sea views"

"Lovely staff and great pub! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great pressure in the shower!! All you really need. Short walk to the beach and easy access to coffee shops and supermarkets. Pub meals were excellent!!"

"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"Mantra is lovely however the township of Ettalong has reached its use by date. Few good restaurants you should visit, The Box and Amalfi "

"We found the Boathouse to be an exceptional location with the jetty and fishing opportunities making a perfect short holiday for our family. Even though there are surrounding properties it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed watching the ospreys and pelicans fishing for their dinners. Perfect hosts with all information and conveniences provided. "

"Good conditions There were some light bulbs and be sight lights which needed replacement but otherwise all very lovely "

"We really enjoyed staying at Torcello. The location was terrific and we were able to park our boat safely on the front nature strip. The house was comfortable and well appointed and as described. The aircon was appreciated on the hot muggy days as was the laundry for washing while we were staying. Lots of kitchen crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and plenty of wine glasses although no champagne glasses. The beds were comfortable and living room sofas big and comfy. A few things to suggest which would have made our stay better. We couldn't make full use of the balcony and the fabulous views during warm sunny weather because we couldn't leave the umbrella up due to winds, even light winds. Better cover on the balcony would be good. The outdoor furniture was weathered and flimsy and didn't feel safe. New furniture would make the balcony experience better. A bigger pantry would be welcome for food storage especially when staying for a long period such as we did (10 days). The BBQ was pretty cruddy and I had to clean it better before cooking on it. There were a few pot plants that were dried up so it made the back area look a bit deadly. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely and would happily stay again any time."

"Great place for our weekend away group of 6. Plenty of room to spread out, a wonderfully well equipped kitchen, fabulous verandah for outdoor dining and chatting, exceptionally clean and well maintained house. Comfy beds, easy parking and even a library. It was a pleasure to stay here and made even easier by the professional booking and check in processes. Thank you , we will definitely be back. "
