"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."

However, on our last day, we spotted a rat coming out near the fridge in the midnight, this was spotted by my partner and she was extremely scared and disgusted, as we had our clothes placed in the cabinet near the fridge. We did not go to report immediately as it was too late and we were very tired and were checking out at 11 in the morning. I have reported this to the reception while checking out, he was kind enough to acknowledge my concern and even provide a carpark waiver, however, I feel this incident has made us feel so disgusted and it shouldn’t happen on a holiday."
