"Staff is polite, the property is clean, the valets are excellent, the extra amenities in the room are wonderful. Especially the beach towels, beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. Beach umbrella are very easy to put into the sand since they come with their own manual auger. Just a wonderful experience. The property location is very central in Marco. Grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants are all within a 10 minute drive. I really can’t think of ever wanting to stay at a different location. Should I return to Marco Island?"

"Fantastic location, within 5 miles to everything on the island. Bikes, beach chairs & cooler were great items to have to enjoy our beach days. 1 1/2 bike ride to beach was a great way to start our day. Great space with a very comfortable bed, mini fridge/freezer was just enough space for what we needed. We would highly recommend for a great stay on Marco Island. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The room was very spacious with more than enough kitchen equipment for our stay. The room has built in outside seating areas with mosquito netting at the front overlooking the harbour and at the back overlooking the pool. I really hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again."

"Great location on the island! Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. It’s nice to have bikes and kayaks that come with the house too. My kids loved fishing off the dock! Overall great stay! "
