Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, a variety to suit different tastes. The location of the hotel is proximal to busstops, a park and there is a regular shuttle to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Geneva."
