"The small house has just enough room and it was nice to have the outside area to eat in. When we booked, a washing machine was listed online, but by the time we got to the house, it has been taken off because it seems to have broken. This was frustrating to us."

"I immediately communicated with the host about the air conditioner requiring the sliding door to the patio to be open if operational. This would not have been possible at night and as a result, we could not stay there as it would have been easy for someone to come in and rob or assault us. HUGE safety issue!
