This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

Very nice property with a super friendly staff. Area is within walking distance to main train station and the Old Town. Area is very safe and the City is clean… Very nice place and a very nice time there

The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

Spent 8 days in Annecy which we loved. Hotel is in a fabulous location. We had daily breakfast which was gorgeous. Staff were excellent

We stayed three nights and were very pleased with the value. It is an older hotel and fairly basic, but was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful and generally spoke very good English. Service was friendly and very good. It is located right across from the train station and is maybe three blocks from the canal and the old part of Annecy. This hotel was a great value.

The room was small but very comfortable. There was a door leading out to a garden, where it was lovely to walk, and nice to let in fresh air. Our room had a kettle, and supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was lavish, including Brie cheese, a first on this trip, and delicious. Moreover, the staff were super helpful. Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center).
