Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "The room was clean and comfortable with a decent shower. They offer free water bottles in the mini bar. They also have three plug types on the main desk so very useful if you've forgotten an adaptor. The only negative I would say is that there are no hooks whatsoever in the bathroom to hang your clothes or towel. And the storage/wardrobe facilities for your luggage or clothing is very limited. Okay for a one night stay but not for longer trips. Overall a great location, so convient for transport and not too far to walk across the water over to the old town. Enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"We felt well taken care of. After a long flight from Seattle the shuttle arrived shortly after our arrival for a quick and easy transport to hotel. The friendly staff quickly checked us in. The room was clean. We had plenty of water and snacks available at the lounge. We will stay here again"

"The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing! Don’t even try to use a spa or a gym because the smell of bleach basically will kill you. And unless your room is facing the lake you will have no view whatsoever."
