"Very neat, modern and great ambiance hotel and a great location. The gym was small but had everything you need. The food was good at the restaurant and great brunch/breakfast. The only thing was the casual food menu did not have enough items. The staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay"

"The hotel was at a great location. Near train station. I took a direct train from airport to hotel. Then 5 minute walking distance to hotel. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants around. The hotel was clean and room size was good. They had tea and coffee machine at the lobby. "

You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. He barely spoke any English so he was confused on how to help me, but eventually he showed me how to use my key on the back door to get in (there is no...

"The hotel lacked any “nice-to-haves” but was functional as a budget option. Had issues a few times with the key not working that were resolved fairly quickly by staff."
