"Flawless stay, absolutely stunning hotel and grounds, matched by wonderful attention from every member of the team who made our stay completely memorable. Room exceeded our expectations- spacious, cool and very comfortable, beautifully designed with gorgeous bed. We loved the breakfast options- hot and cold choices, including many homemade options which were delicious. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature, surrounded by nature- it was a perfect environment for us to relax and soak up the warmth. Genuinely sad to leave and already planning our return. What a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff who clearly love what they do. Cannot recommend highly enough!! "

"This house was wonderful for my family of 8. Could comfortably hold many more. The location is in the country so we heard Chickens all day! Europe is in the middle of an unprecedented heat wave and with the marvelous pool, we stayed comfortable. Perhaps the best thing about this stay was the hostess who was so kind scheduling cleanings and such as well as providing travel hints. The views from this house are hard to describe and hard to beat!!"

"We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely adored it. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms were clean, a very nice size and very well appointed and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The town itself was dreamy. Many of the homes are covered in flowers and plants. Not touristy like many of the towns that we have visited and extremely walkable. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon and every time we walked outside the flowers on the linden trees all over the town filled the air with the best smell . We both did not want to leave. What a special place."

"Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in dit huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht en de rust, het mooie en grote zwembad dat elke dag door de man van onze ‘host’ werd schoongemaakt. De vrouw die het huis beheert is heel vriendelijk en grappig en deed er alles aan om het ons naar de zin te maken.Het enige dat we misten waren een paar kussens voor op de ligbedden bij het zwembad maar voor de rest was het helemaal super!"

"Our host Silvia was lovely, warm and very helpful. The property is beautiful with outstanding views of the countryside, we had fire flies in the garden, a huge array of bird life and lizards. It has a beautiful patio on which we ate most of our meals, a lovely pool. The bedrooms were all very pretty and clean with on suite shower rooms. The surrounding countryside was stunning particularly for those who enjoy walking and exploring the tracks and byways. Parrano is picturesque, but not suitable for anyone wanting a lively night life! We loved it though, and the local shop owner and bar owner were warm and welcoming and very understanding of our attempts at speaking Italian."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. Unfortunately, we decided to follow the GPS anyway and ended up lost on a very difficult road in the middle of nowhere. My advice to future guests: carefully follow the instructions provided by La Casella and do not rely solely on your GPS. If you do, your arrival will be much easier than ours! Other than that, our experience was fantastic, and we would gladly stay here again."

"We loved out stay in Citta della Pieve. We have stayed in this town many times (even on this same street) and we just love it. We traveled with another couple who had never been to Italy and they also loved the town and the rental. The apartment is very spacious, quiet and had plenty of room for the four of us. We appreciated the very prompt communication with both Chris and Daniel. We were also grateful for the dinner reservation that was made on our behalf. Thoughtful items like a washer/dryer, iron and small bathroom products were greatly appreciated. The kitchen seemed fairly well equipped although we did not prepare any meals during our stay.We plan to return to Italy again soon and we will hope this apartment is available as it was perfect for our stay."

"A very lovely property, a little bit dated in parts (the bathrooms and beds could be improved) but very well equipped and with glorious views. The pool area is really lovely and the air conditioning is in every room and is very efficient. Margherita who manages the property is really helpful and quick to respond, and she even popped round with a delicious tart to say hello. Wine and olive oil from the vineyard was a really welcome touch. We had a very nice stay. "
