"Great location, walkable to great shops and restaurants in the Inner Harbor and Government St. Kind, welcoming, helpful staff. Love the relaxing atmosphere when you walk in the main lobby area and the koi pond inside surrounded by plants is really lovely. Room was very clean and spacious and the kitchenette had all the needed essentials for cooking (or heating up) a simple meal. Our room was rather warm (even with the heat turned all the way down so it wouldn’t switch on), so we very much appreciated that there were Dyson tower fans in the bedroom and living area and windows that we could crack open for fresh air. Definitely will look at staying here again next time we’re in town."

"This Old historic building is tastefully furnished with beautiful antiques and located right on the waterfront promenade, next to Beaconhill Park. The location is unbeatable for people who like to walk or cycle. The rooms are large, full of old world ambiance, with comfortable beds and quality linens. They offer a fine breakfast in the ocean view dining room in the morning (included in room rate). Excellent service during our 2 day stay. They also have lock ups for bikes with chargers for e-bikes. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Victoria. "
