"Good breakfast"

"This hotel is brand new and exceptionally clean. The rooms have a small kitchen (supplies are not furnished) and it can be an "extended stay" with good weekly rates so there are many guests who live there. It's in a quiet area and the stay was great. It does not have a pool or provide breakfast. "

"Breakfast was the high spot. The lady that handled the breakfast was, hands down, the most friendly."

"Check- in was terrible. The lady at the front desk was too busy trying to get tv fixed. There was a bad smell in room, bedding also smelled, bathroom floor not clean, There was only 1 one-cup coffee pack in the room, and it was not just our room, we had family staying in 2 other rooms and they each got just 1 coffee pack also, which is pretty cheap, and when I went to the office at 7 in the morning to get some coffee I found out the front desk does not open until 9 on Saturday!!!! How ridiculous is that? And it closed in the evening! Too bad for you if you need anything! It seems service is their last priority. Needless to say, we will never stay there again and I definitely cannot recommend this property!"

"Clean room, nicest staff we’ve ever dealt with and th rooms were quiet and nice! Will definitely stay here every time we play baseball in Jackson!"

"Very close to West Jackson Hospital. Some ambulance noise at night, however it was not much of a disturbance. "

"Air conditioner didn't work properly, the room was hot. The remote control for the tv was sticky and couldn't change the channels. Water was only warm."
