"Our room had plenty of space & was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pillows were probably my favorite, so soft. We brought our dog with us (mini Aussie) They're pet fee is extremely reasonable. We didn't eat the breakfast so not sure on that. The outside may be a little off putting, it looks like a regular motel in need of updating. But the lobby was nice and clean and like i said our room was very nice as well. "

"We arrived earlier than check in allows which would have cost extra but we decided not to. Thankfully we could still use the pool. Fees and policies were explained poorly and Hilton rewards were not available unless diamond or platinum members. Florida in general is very humid and muggy, our linens felt soggy and housekeeping was not done unless ‘requested’. Three large dehumidifiers ran in the upper hallways for the week we stayed. The lazy river was the highlight of our trip with noodles shared from fellow travelers. Restaurant and bar were ok for convenience, but lacks anything special. Overall happy with our stay but wound stay elsewhere for future travel "

"If you’re looking for cleanliness, convenience and continental breakfast I HIGHLY recommend staying here. I was hesitant when first looking up this hotel because it’s newer and didn’t have as many reviews as the others. I’m glad I took a chance because this is where we will be staying for future events. The rooms are clean and spacious. There’s only one elevator (4 floors) but even at peak times we didn’t have to wait long. The hotel was always clean and the staff was kind and helpful. Anything you need in town is less than a 10 minute drive away."

"Great breakfast! Very clean, great friendly employees. Only con was on the morning we left there was water dripping in the bathroom from up above, the ceiling was wet. We reported it and I’m sure they’ll get it fixed."

"The tv is in an awkward position for viewing while in bed. The AC did not work properly. The floors needed better cleaning. Won’t be staying there again."

"For an independent hotel this one is nice with a reasonable price a good breakfast a quaint area to smoke or lounge and all in the heart of Fairhope."

"The pool was smaller than the photos show online, it was also dirty. No one cleaned it at all. Other then that, it was good."

"The room was dirty, fridge didn't work, phone didn't work, wifi didn't work, tub dripped and there was bugs in the room. Was very disappointed, would never stay there again!!"
