First time in Fairview and we enjoyed our stay. Condos were big and spacious and we were the only ones in them so nice and quiet and there was a beautiful sunset in the field behind. We loved It and would definitely stay again

No Pool on the property free pass to the local pool is given which is a couple blocks away but nice facility. Hotel is dated food was average beds hard as a rock.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was close to where we needed to be. Hotel is definitely a throw back to the early 90's and the AC in the room did very little to cool the room off during a heat way but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's cable was knocked down during a storm Friday night which left everyone without television for most of the stay which was unfortunate.

We are very disappointed. Hotel is rundown with dirty carpets and hallways. Room is dirty. Carpet and ceilings are stained. Bedding has pet and human hair, and sheets are worn. We paid too much money to stay in filth!! If there was another hotel option we would have requested a refund for sure.
