"Interesting and elegant fitout, lovely room, superb location, very nice and helpful staff. Only minor constructive criticism I can think of is that there was no espresso cups at the breakfast bar, so a short coffee wasn't really practical. But otherwise a superbly enjoyable place to stay with plenty of eating options nearby and u-bahn just across the square. Can recommend."

"The Grand Hyatt Berlin is a good hotel with an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city's main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. That said, I expected a more refined experience from a five-star hotel. While the property is comfortable and well maintained, the overall atmosphere and level of service did not consistently meet the standards I associate with a luxury hotel. The service was polite, but it lacked the attention to detail and personalized care that truly distinguish a five-star experience. Overall, it's a solid choice if location is your top priority, but if you're looking for exceptional luxury and outstanding service, there are other hotels in Berlin that offer a more memorable five-star experience."

The elegance of the building, the beautifully appointed rooms, the exceptional cleanliness, and the attention to every detail create a truly luxurious experience. The location, directly beside the Brandenburg Gate, could not be more perfect for exploring Berlin. What impressed us the most was the consistency of the service. Every interaction reflected the highest standards of hospitality. The staff anticipated our needs with kindness and efficiency, making us feel at home while enjoying world-class luxury. This was, without a doubt, one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Hotel Adlon Kempinski to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Berlin.
