"Make use of the kayaks and tours on the property. Book your restaurants when you get there. Food was great. The hotel is half under construction which was no bother at all. The section that was closed is the grande. Luxury side is open and fully functional. I enjoyed my stay. A little expensive from Montego Bay airport for cab (100) so book amstar bus. (50). Every employee there was super helpful. They will accommodate whatever you need and help you go wherever you want to. Cabs waiting on site to help you immediately go anywhere."

"My recent stay May 8 -13 at Deja Resort All-Inclusive with my family of five was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations. The customer service is second to none at Reservations (Nichelle-Ann, Kadian; Check-in desk (Lauryn, Male staff). While we were out and about there was an issue with two of our rooms and the check-in desk staff waited until we get back to solved the issues with excellent professionalism, a rare find, even in luxury establishments. The dining room was top-notch for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were friendly and attentive who remembered my coffee order each morning. (Marie, Norida, Chevell, Crystal, and Dexter). Dinner at the Italian restaurant was exquisite, particularly the Alfredo Pasta with shrimp, grilled fish marinated in local spices. The service was impeccable, our waitress anticipated our every need. The location is perfect, a short stroll to Doctor’s Cave Beach but what truly set this hotel apart was cleanliness and the staff. A particularly memorable touch was the upstairs lounge fit for a evening relaxation with the panoramic views of the sea. This hotel offers a superior blend of comfort, service, and responsible tourism, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers. Tuesday night out door entertinment was fantastic. S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All Inclusive Hotel

"We didn’t really know what to expect, but had such a wonderful time at this property! If your objective is beach and pool time, with good food and drinks, this is the perfect resort for you! If you’re looking for lots of activities and things to do aside from beach and pool, you may want a larger property as this is a very chill place, and super relaxing, but not a lot to do. The beach is spectacular - no seaweed, and absolutely stunning! Food was good - restaurants that required reservations were above average for sure! You can email the hotel prior to arriving to make reservations in advance. Buffet restaurant was fine, but not amazing. Beach grill had a small menu, but the jerk chicken is stellar. Drinks are a heavy pour, and they do offer top shelf alcohol (Tito’s, Grey Goose, Jameson’s). The Irie spa hydrotherapy now charges guests $17 a person for a half hour of use. We did it most days as it was really nice to end the day like that. Make sure to bring a few hundred USD in small bills for tipping! All in all, this is a recommended resort by our family, if you’re looking for a very relaxed vibe."

"Here’s a cleaner and more polished version of your review while still keeping your honest opinion and personal tone: I want to believe this hotel is still somewhat new and they haven’t fully gotten everything together as yet, so I’ll give them some grace. First of all, check-in takes a very long time. Also, be mindful about the bedding situation. Even if you request a king bed on the website, you may only get whatever is available when you check in. The hotel also doesn’t seem designed for rainy days, so keep that in mind if you’re booking during the rainy season. As for the drinks, to really enjoy them you need to purchase the Privilege Package or higher. The regular all-inclusive package only includes house drinks, which honestly makes the experience feel limited. The resort is also kind of boring during the daytime because the entertainment is not very well organized. Housekeeping still needs improvement as well. However, there are a few things I really enjoyed. The coffee shop is nice, some of the food is great — especially the hibachi and several options in the buffet — and I loved the little ice cream bar. There are a lot of trolley cars around the property, but I’m not sure what their purpose is because no one ever offers guests rides, even though I saw some guests using them. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Jamaica where the staff regularly offered trolley rides around the resort. They just need more experienced personnel to truly give guests that authentic Jam"

"Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in."
