"No towels in the room. Blood on pillow cases, hair left in tub. Gave pictures to front desk and have waited for a call from management and still haven’t heard anything. "

"Expected more. It's a beautiful property. We chose it because we love Buffet and have always enjoyed Margeritaville properties. But unfortunately, there were no extra sheets and blankets. The sofa bed broke, the bathroom door doesnt close all the way, and no room service, just fyi . But the most surprising thing was , there was no pet relief area for this nice hotel that takes pets up to seventy pounds. That just seemed odd. Fail to use theirs which seemed even more peculiar. But its beautiful. And a great location!"

"Room was nice and spacious. Great location. Walkable to Broadway. Only downside to it was that we only had the room checked on by cleaning staff the 2nd day we were there. That’s it."

"Place is pretty cool. Location was great. Very clean. Check in was easy. Lots to do. Only negative was both nights we tried to stop at the lobby bar and get a drink. First night was 16 mins with out even a hello. Second night at 13 minute mark the tour lady bartending actually said “oh, did you guys want something.” When we ordered she seemed slightly put out to get a beer. Rest of staff in hotel was amazing. We just chose to spend our drinking money else’s. "
