"Better cleaning staff"

"Shower leaked - they fixed it. Ceiling fan very noisy - I turned it off. Bed uncomfortable- I had to put up with it. Wall in room damaged."

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"We live here, it was our second time. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We will come back again and again. "

"Cute little cottage just as shown in the pictures. The location couldn't be better. You are in walking distance to several really good restaurants. Parked the car and didn't move again until we were coming home. Would stay again"

"First , the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice size, nice bed , quiet, it was very nice for the price . Unfortunately the hotel allows pets , which should be relegated to 1 or 2 floors, but apparently that’s out of control. The halls have carpet from a distance it looks nice, but there were several pet urine stains . The smell was terrible . If they replace the halls with tile, they might be able to control it . It could be a really nice place for the price ."

"It was on the 3rd floor steps only so for older people it was hard. Also they do not make their beds so if you come in late you still have a lot to do. Also the kitchen was not equipped very well. "
