"Closeness to Heathrow was very helpful for our trip. The bar/lounge was friendly and meant we could be "out" a little but get a good nights sleep before our flight home. Good food & good service for a great price."

"The rooms in this hotel are designed for efficiency but they miss the mark a bit. We've stayed here twice now and in both rooms there was only one place for a suitcase, there were not enough surfaces to put our things on, only one bedside stand had a USB port, and there were no drawers anywhere. There also was no safe and very limited space in the bathroom for storing anything. On the plus side, the reception staff has been wonderful and the restaurants are convenient and offer some nice choices . The beds have been very comfortable but the pillows are pretty hard. Having said all that, because of the convenience to LHR and the great staff and reasonable price, we would stay here again."

"ZAK at the front desk is AWESOME! ⭐️ He listened carefully to our situation and understood that we were traveling with a minor, so having a third bed in one room would be a much better option than booking two separate rooms. He went above and beyond to help us upgrade our room so it could accommodate a third bed—for just a fraction of the cost of booking two rooms for the three of us! ZAK absolutely made my day! It’s such a great feeling to meet someone so genuinely helpful and thoughtful while traveling overseas. People like him truly make a difference and turn a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you, ZAK, for your outstanding help and kindness! You are exactly the kind of person who makes travelers want to leave a 5-star review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 All other staffs are super nice during our stay! Everyone looks so welcome you to stay there!
