"They were super helpful over the phone. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport. They sent my confirmation by Whatsapp and care about us before our arrival. They also offered assistance to visit sites that have big waiting lines and with a guidan we can avoid wait for a long time and go inside faster. The Spa is fabulous, the hotel super charming and near important monuments around. I love it all!"
