After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. I enjoyed the pizza and calamari at the Stingray and I also enjoyed the sushi at the Izakaya that they had. The breakfast buffet was also done well. The only thing is that property was going through some renovations and the rooms need to be updated a tiny bit. "
