"Positives; Staff was friendly and accommodating, valet and parking very easy, suite was fantastic with a beautiful kitchen, nice living area and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Negatives; common areas were pretty dirty, beds were extremely uncomfortable (felt like sleeping on a box spring), which was extremely disappointing. TV’s had intermittent connectivity and only Netflix available…no other streaming options. These issues are so impactful to the overall comfort of a room…and so easy to correct and then this would be one of our top places to stay in DTLA. "

"I had a wonderful stay at The Delphi Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The housekeeping did an excellent job—everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless and fresh. The room also felt modern and cozy, which made it very relaxing after a long day exploring Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect in downtown with many restaurants and attractions nearby. I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail in the room. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting LA."

"The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel. Would definitely consider booking here again for a future trip. "

"The lock for the bathroom didn't actually lock it as it was a sliding door. The room didn't initially come with a mini-fridge but you can request one at the front desk and they delivered one to the room quickly! Weirdly there wasn't hand soap at the sink? But the beds were comfortable! The air conditioning didn't circulate as much as it could've around the tight space so only the top bunk was being cooled but it wasn't too too bad."

"Love you his boutique hotel! 2nd stay here and got the suite again ~ spacious, clean and love the two bathrooms as well! Bed super comfy ! Great staff and love the underground bar - fab drinks and eats ! Super convenient and safe walk to LAlive area for sports/shows! "
