"The room was ok. The floors were very dirty. My bathroom door didn’t fit the frame. One of the visible outlets didn’t have a plate. My daughter and boyfriend were given a room on the other side of the hotel while the rooms, with the same bed situation were empty right next to me. The security lock on the door was broken. This was the first time in a hotel by themselves and the didn’t feel comfortable. When asked if they could change rooms they were told those were being removed from all the rooms and I had mine on my door. When asked if they could be closure to me they said no and offered no explanation."

"Loved the style and the built of the hotel. The room was clean. I only ate one time at the Restaurant, what I ordered I did not like. Lump crab cakes, Not the "lump" crab that I know and love, but full of bread crumbs.... "

"The staff greeted me when entering. The check in was fine. There were no carts available for us to use when we arrived. Only 2 small little triangle carts in the whole hotel. I had A LOT of items for our stay to carry in. We were in town for 5 days for a wedding. I had 2 hotel rooms for 5 days at no point in time were my rooms cleaned. We asked several times and nothing was ever done. I had to ask for towels every day. It even got to the point were I had to ask for Toilet paper. The front desk staff didn't seem to care even when I asked them for my rooms to be cleaned. I had several other family members staying there to for the same duration and they also dod not have their rooms cleaned. The pool are was dirty. The water did not look appealing to want to use the facility. Saturday's breakfast they ran out of forks. We had to eat waffles with a spoon. The parking lot was over crowded on the weekend. "

"Hotel is very worn and dated. It took 3 tries to get a room that didn't have a musty smell and had a shower curtain. We stay at Hyatts frequently and this is the worst property we have stayed at. "
