"The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. "

"I booked a premium suite with 3 beds through expedia, but when we areive and checked in they checked us into a 2 bed, when I asked for the room we booked they told me to call expedia and that there was nothing they could do about it because it was expedias bad for getting the room code wrong. Furthermore the room we needed was sold out so there was no point in raising the issue any further. The hotel was ok."

"It wasn’t clean and I had to change rooms 2 times. The towels looked like they had not be changed. They had hair on them and some other gross thing that looked like skin on the towel. I asked to be moved to a totally different floor because apparently the same housekeeper neglected all of the rooms on that floor. I really wanted to check out and go somewhere else however it was too late to find another place. My daughter did not sleep at all because she was so stressed by how disgusting it was. The only thing good about this hotel was that the staff and other guests were nice. I didn’t want to stress the seemingly new sweet young front desk worker so I just dealt with it. However, I felt that I should have gotten a refund because I had to change rooms so many times. The last room had decently clean towels but the floor was filthy and I was so tire that I didn’t even feel like telling the poor girl at the front so I just told her it was okay. Please don’t go unless you really don’t care about filth. If you have kids like I do you will be disgusted and bare able to give them a bath. MOMS, save yourself the stress!!!!!!!!"

"The place is nice with scenic views and walkability to nearby establishments. Most of the check in instructions were accurate. However, there are some negatives here I wish I had known about. First, the trains. There are tracks extremely nearby. The trains come regularly, including throughout the nights. They woke us constantly. Second, the walls are paper thin. I finally sought assistance with noise next door after midnight and was not satisfied with the response. The host said she came by and couldn’t hear the noise. I sent her a recording of the noise occurring in real time at 1 am and she never responded. The check in and check out instructions were also problematic. The host gave us incorrect check in door lock instructions so my party was stuck outside until this was corrected. The check out instructions told us to run dishwasher and start a load of towels yet we never found detergent for either task. The host did not respond to me. While there were some nice things about this place, I would not stay again. Very disappointing."
