"We enjoyed every minute! The house is beautiful and in a very secluded area, which is amazing!! The yard was beautiful and we had several relaxing fires and really enjoyed the peaceful space. Perfect weather, cool in the mornings and evenings and warm during the day! Just what we all needed to unwind and recharge! Richland Center’s Meat Locker was close by and we got delicious steaks there! We hope to return soon!"
Spring Valley Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed at this hotel the last 2 years when we attend productions at APT. The staff is friendly and the rooms are a good size. There is a big pool and a wonderful outdoor area where they light a fire at night. The breakfast in the morning is simple but there’s something to suit everyone."

Stunning, serene, rustic house in the woods near Spring Green, Wisconsin
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Very comfortable beds and cozy blankets to curl up with and watch a movie on the couch. I loved the art, photos, and books that were in every room. Also had whatever kitchen ware you need to make a meal. Makes you feel like your at the family cabin instead of a rental. Made for a lovely visit to Spring Green area to enjoy a play at APT. I want to come back when it's cooler to try the beautiful woodstove fireplace."
150 Year Old Home Situated in the Picturesque Rolling Hills of Southwest WI
10/10 Excellent
"Visiting family and friends in the area and stayed in this interesting historical home. I always loved the book HOUSE OF SEVEN GABLES but this might be called the house of 100 doors....a bit of history in the lovely driftless area...great care to the furnishings and personal comfort and many fun entertainments."
Spacious Cabin on the Wisconsin River!
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay at the Wild River Lodge. The hosts were great. They walked us through the house and were easy to contact if issues arose. Our stay included 3 couples and 11 children (aged 5 to 21). Everyone had something to do. The pool table in the basement was a hit. There were two larger tables on the upper level and one on the lower level for games and eating. The beds were comfortable, and extra linens were easy to find for additional beds. Our stay was in late July, and we had a few 100-degree days. The air conditioner kept up, and all levels of the house were comfortable. As expected, the temperature varies several degrees between the upper and lower levels of the house. The kitchen had lots of small appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The only thing we often ran out of was kitchen towels, even with frequent laundry. The outside space was beautiful. There was lots of room in the yard for games, and plenty of patio furniture for everyone. We were able to kayak across a portion of the river to a sandbar island. There is a current in the river, so swimming across wouldn't be advised. The water was great. We enjoyed many afternoons sitting in the sand and playing in the river. There are two nearby towns with access to groceries and any essential your left behind. We would love to come back for another family trip soon. When we do, we hope to enjoy the nearby winery. The town of Richland Center also has a drive-in movie theater tha"
