"It's a large corporate style hotel. I'm not a fanof this style of place but it was very conveniently located in Kanata if you have business there. Staff were great especially the wait staff at breakfast."

"I booked this hotel months and months before I stayed there for a family event - forgetting there would be Ottawa Senator playoff hockey. Regardless, it was nice to shuttle over to the pregame festivities even if I didn’t have tickets. Room was great, staff very friendly. And daily evening happy hour was nice. Would definitely stay again."

"The elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The bed was wobbly and needed to be repaired The hot tub near the falls was dated and needed to be repainted"
