"We stayed for 2 nights in the family room which had a lovely comfortable king size bed, ensuite with large walk in shower and air con which was a God send. Very clean and quiet. The staff are lovely, food and drinks reasonably priced, breakfast choices good. The beer garden needs some attention but is secure if you have children or a dog. Steep stairs to the rooms which were a bit difficult with our elderly dog but over all a great stay. Please note, although very dog friendly they do charge...

"Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast."

"Lovely place to stay off the beaten path… The only issue was that the hot water supply never reached what one might call hot… but on an incredibly warm weekend that wasn’t a problem and didn’t detract from our stay…
A lovely quiet place to stay, breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the evening restaurant menu. The beer was excellent. Thankyou for an enjoyable stay."
