"Very nice location with lots of things in walkable distance. The only negative was the small room size. There wasn't a closet but the room was functional. It also had a small refrigerator and microwave. I would stay here again. "

"Can’t say enough great things here. Suite style room was spacious with two separate rooms, each with a tv so kids could do their thing. Location was perfect, easy to get to everything. Breakfast was excellent, they also gave us some free drinks at happy hour. Modern and very clean. Price was extremely fair. Could not have had a batter stay and will stay here again."

"We had a nice, spacious room in a great location of Wicker Park. There were tons of restaurants and shops right outside our door. We had a 3rd floor unit in this walk-up "hotel." My only slightly negative comment is that the mattress was a little soft/sunken in the middle."

"Hotel has the markings of being grand, but needs a renovation in a lot of areas. The biggest issue we had is that the a/c is not adjustable in each room and the building was very warm on the 75 degree day in April. We called the front desk and they did bring us a fan that helped some and we realized we could crack the windows (but didn’t want to do that overnight with the noise of the city). Other than than, it was a standard stay and a convenient location for our plans in the city. "

"microwave was not functioning, Bed was old and making lot of noise and disturbance to sleep. Bathroom is tooooooo small."
