"Exceeded my expectations, felt safe as a female traveler. Bathroom setup was a bit weird and had a see through foggy door by the bed 😬 but honestly not an issue. The shower flooded the bathroom floor a little but that’s to be expected in Europe. Close to the airport and had a restaurant. If you’re used to Hiltons and holiday inns it is comparable. Floor was a little stained but nothing bad. I would come back to this hotel again. Hotel gave us free bon bons. You’re welcome for the shower door pic😂"

"Was a nice big room and the hotel was easy to find. Convenient for early flights out of the Charleroi airport. Room itself was clean but the carpet in the room and hallway was stained, could use a cleaning. "

"The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay."
