The hotel was hidden. There was no sign. I finally had to ask someone where to enter the hotel. The reception was a few floors up. I had to climb several stories with luggage. The elevator was not working.

This is not a hotel! It really felt like entering a prison with a rusty iron gate and with a run down building! So noisy, dirty carpet, a shower head that does not stay in place! The place of this so called hotel felt like we are in the slums of Florence. I would not recommend it even to my enemies! It is a complete rip off and I will never ever stay there if my life depended on it nor will I recommend it to anyone I know!

Worst possible experience imaginable! Stay away from this garbage dump. Very inconvenient and even taxis cannot approach the hotel because it’s right next to the tram line stop so taxis are not allowed to stop next to it. So you have to drag all your suitcases manually from the train station to the hotel. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Be prepared for lots of abuse from the staff. Not well-maintained and even has mold on the walls. Absolute disaster. One of the worst hotels that ever stayed in my life.

Nära centralstationen

Vi valde hotellet då det låg nära centralstationen, vilket var skönt eftersom vi tågluffade. Lätt bedagat hotell, entrén är på våning 2 så lite svårt att hitta först. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, enkel men god frukost. Prisvärt alternativ
