This was a great property close to the best shopping areas as well as the major attractions. The only complaint I have is that it is not a bed and breakfast as it states.

Very pleasant three night stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, outstanding location. No food. Although management is mostly absent, Matteo was very helpful whenever needed and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Not for those who need pampering, but a great spot within easy walking distance of all the core attractions.

Perfect location. Italian singer here and musicians play outside the door at Piazza Santa Trinita…open the windows and let Florence in! - Malchesky’s (2024). Excellent location.

This place is now one of our favorite spots to stay when we return to Florence for trips! Such an amazing property! Great rooms, great staff, so clean and tidy, and it’s right in the middle of EVERYTHING! We love this place! Love it! Can’t say enough good things about it in this small space. As a matter of fact, we’re planning a return trip and we’re setting it up around bookings at this location.

Great hotel and room.

Hotel was wonderful- location; clean; front desk and host help was superb (helped me with everything! Just extremely nice and want to help). Cannot say enough good things. So many restaurants close; bridge to cross to other side. I could go on and on. Would love to stay again.

There is no hot tub at this property I’m not sure why that question is on here. If there IS a hot tub we would love to know where and use it! Lol The staff were incredibly helpful especially when we got lost on our way in. Very responsive but no one ever appears to be at reception all day. The parking garage is very close by and an easy walk if you have a car to bring, they are also very friendly. Our room was very clean and tiny but the beds are very uncomfortable sadly

Very conveniently located, very friendly and attentive, but cannot call yourself a B&B and not serve breakfast. Sorry. And the price/value relationship? Knowing that centric properties are more expensive, still doesn’t justify the price.

We loved our stay at Parione Uno. Close to everything, restaurants, cafe, square, shopping, and train station. We loved the room, comfortable and clean with service. In-suite water kettle, tea, sugar, and coffee and water by main desk. Unfortunately the safe was broken upon arrival, we were not informed till we asked. It's nice to have a secure space for documents during travel, hopefully it gets replaced. On our last night, the WIFI network was down, Sunday, hence not much can be done. We did not mind, as we are continuing our travel.by train, but if anyone needed to do a flight check-in, they need to use their own data.

It is a cute place and very convenient at the center of Florence. It’s situated near all of the high end shops, river, and restaurants. Everything is all within walking distance from the property. Hosts were quick to communicate and we were able to get into the room last minute due to our flight cancellation. Definitely will be staying here again! Thank you.

Bed and breakfast with no breakfast!

No breakfast available and nothing nearby until later in the morning. No towel racks in bathroom or shelves; nowhere to put soap and shampoo in the shower. No full length mirror. A/C didn’t work on our last day and no staff on duty. Clean and comfortable otherwise and staff person was great.

Nice hotel, but needs to improve their accounting

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, great location. The woman who acted as maid and front desk receptionist was helpful. However I received a call while at the airport stating that she had not collected the city tax. We agreed to charge my credit card for the 15 euro charge. I discovered I was charged again for my stay for the room in addition to the city charge. The hotel was not helpful in resolving this issue. I contacted Hotels.com and they intervened on my behalf and I received a refund for the double payment. I was disappointed that my stay at this hotel ended like this. I will not stay here again. I was unhappy that I had to deal with this issue when I returned home from Europe and was very jet-lagged!

I had an amazing stay at Parione Uno. The room was spacious and there was even a view of an old bell tower from the shower. The location was also great, just a few minutes from the train station and very close to Duomo. I would definitely stay here again!
