Comfortable apartment, can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment contains: two double bedrooms, one of which is a loft; bright dining area with kitchen and small balcony; bathroom with shower; Wifi included. Located in the heart of the city center, close to the main tourist attractions and the main services of the city. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building (60 steps), does not have an elevator, therefore it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
