What was the issue during my stay was the policy that hotel management enforced not to supply kettles in the room instead they asked me to get hot water from the bar and young lady told me I give one glas and asked me to fetch a glass from the breakfast area myself!! And then she said if you ask for more she will charge me for it!!!!! I came down second time prepared to pay for it and her supervisor was there and he said although I have to charge you but I give to you for free! While I appreciate this gesture, providing hot water to guest should be free . Any way overall I would not catagorize my stay as an amazing memorable stay 😳"

"The shuttle was very convenient. Check in was great. As a benefit for confirming your email you get a voucher for a welcome drink. I asked for a beer and had the voucher visible on the table. When the bill came the server said it was only valid for a small beer. “Sorry”. I said that it did not say that; it was valid for wine or beer no size specified. I asked why she brought me a large of the voucher wasn’t valid for that. Again, “Sorry”. No attempt to rectify the situation or even give a credit for the amount of a small beer. Just unwilling to be more than “Sorry”"
